Some herbs such as Cascara sagrada, Rhubarb, Aloe, Senna, and Buckthorn are another natural remedy for constipation. Never use teas like dieter’s tea for more than 5 day’s or else you might be pooping you pants for the rest of your life. Also, these herbs might help you pass some poop today, but they’ll make it harder for you to have a normal bowl movement tomorrow. Good bacteria aka probiotics are a perfect natural remedy for constipation unless you can’t eat dairy. lactobacillus acidophilus is commonly found in yogurt! There are other types of probiotics that are good for digestion too but i won’t go into the boring details with their scientific names. But you should know that probiotics can be consumed in a pill or other non-dairy drinks too. They are good for you besides your stopped up bowls.
