Natural Remedies for Heartburn
There are so many natural remedies for heartburn that they are hard to keep track of! Practically every culture across the whole wide word has their own set of home remedies for this disorder. Almost al of them have to deal with countering the massive amounts of acid that your body produces to cause you your discomfort. Before I get into the different natural heartburn cures, I’m going to talk a bit about how different daily behaviors and biological conditions can be the root cause for heartburn. Understand that with any illness or condition, prevention is the best cure. If you prevent your symptoms from showing up, than you won’t ever have to experience the pain and burning. For example if you have a flesh eating disease that causes you a rash, putting a cream on that stops the burning will not stop the bacteria from eating your arm off! Causes of heartburn
While there are many causes of heart burn the most common are overeating, pregnancy, and eating of certain foods. What cases you to feel the burning is the acid in your stomach getting into your lower esophagus.
Normally you have a valve that opens and closes to let food in and burps out. If you eat too much or too fast your stomach will be too small to handle the load. In addition, If you drink water or lost of liquid with your meal it will dilute your stomach acid cause you to produce more than normal to break down your meal resulting in extra left over acid that bubble up into your esophagus.
Eating fatty and oily foods often can cause your body to produce extra acid as well. Tomatoes, garlic, coffee, citrus, and some other products can all have a negative effect on your heart burn as well. While this varies from person to person, smoking, drinking and stress will all cause heartburn if they are chronic. Natural remedies for heartburn to avoid
While Baking soda and water is a common natural remedy for heart burn it is not one of the heartburn natural remedies that you should use regulary. Nor should you use any remedy that involves drinking liquids with your meal. drinking 30- 40 minutes after your meal is fine.
The liquid and club soda you should avoid for at least 30 minutes after your meal because this will cause your symptoms to get worse over time.
Avoid the baking soda remedy because it can and will CAUSE DIABETES! Baking soda will make your pancreas to malfunction! Beware of any thing with baking soda.

If you are a blood type B than I suggest a glass of milk or buttermilk. Other wise do not drink any dairy.
One of the most effective natural remedies for heartburn is Apple Cider Vinegar. One table spoon when symptoms start. If your heartburn doesn’t go away after 5-7 min take another tablespoon. Eating a few apples often helps as well.
Cheawing natural gum has proven effective be cause this stimulates your throat muscles and closes your broken valve.
Raw almonds, Celery, potatoes, carrots and apples are probably the best natural remedy for heart burn. Not only do their fiber soak up all that extra acid, but the enzymes also lower the PH levels in our stomach. They should be eaten raw because if you cook them then the fiber and enzymes won’t be effective for your heart burn.
Aloe Vera Juice, pretzels and a handful of dark brown sugar are also reported to be effective.
Finally one of the best natural remedies for heartburn is acidophilus probiotics. This is a good bacteria that’s found in yogurt. It lets you digest better!
