How Water Drinking Benefits You – The Benefits of Drinking Water.

Water…The first step to changing your life…

I know everybody knows that there is a lot of water in our body. In fact, our bodies are made up of 60-70% water! What does that mean for our health?

We need water!

No ifs, ands, or buts about it! Get out of your seat right now, go to the kitchen and turn on your tap. Don’t read one more single word until you have a cup of water in your hand…I think I’ll do the same myself…(walks to kitchen, gets cup of water, sits back down)

Now where was I…oh yes…(sips some water)…Our bodies are constantly loosing water, so, we must replenish! (sips some more water) You’ve probably heard that we need 8 cups of water a day….although this is true, the reality is that we need much more than that especially if we are overweight or obese. Bigger people have more water in them, so they need to replenish more water.

“I only drink 7 cups of water a day, and a cup of juice or milk, what’s wrong with that?”
I’ll tell you what is wrong, to be frank, you are killing yourself.

You see, when we don’t drink enough water:

1. Our kidneys don’t function right

2. Our liver takes over the kidney’s work load

3. Our liver slacks off on it’s other responsibilities, like turning fat into energy.

4. All hell breaks loose – Our cells don’t get the energy they need and we put on dead weight, age faster, and develop an unhealthy diet.

5. Our body thinks that we don’t have access to water so it stores the water that we do have – causing water retention

6. Not enough water makes it into our blood stream causing toxic build ups, heart problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and constipation.

7. This all takes it’s toll on the immune system, brain, digestive system and glands – causing us to get sick, depressed, and get cancer.

8. We go to the hospital, but it’s too late. Our body is finished. We die.

The good news is….it doesn’t have to end that way!!!!!

The reason we can’t just drink juice instead is because there is less water in juice. There are things like sugar, flavors and other compounds that make up what juice is, water is only a small fraction of what you are drinking.

Another problem with juice is that it’s usually loaded with sugar which will kill you even faster than not drinking enough water. Find out how death by sugar is the LEADING CAUSE of death in America here.

Don’t even get me started on soda. I’ll have to write another article about that. In short…soda is as bad or worst than cigarettes for your health.

THE SOLUTION!——->Water drinking…Do it or Die.

When we stratigically manage our water intake some very magical things happen.

1. Our system is detoxified.
2. Our digestive system returns to normal – our appetite decreases.
3. We Burn fat
4. Our kidneys function as full capacity
5. Our liver works better
6. We loose weight and water retention goes away
7. Mood improves
8. The list goes on….

We MUST get the water levels in our body right, and we MUST do it now. Before it’s too late.
